Ship to USA or Canada: $3 per CD.

Ship to all other countries: $5 for the first CD, $4 for each additional CD.

All orders are shipped USPS 1st class. Delivery is usually about 2-5 business days to USA & Canada. For all other countries, my experience is that it takes about a week, but that depends on local postal services.
